Holy Breath Monthly Gathering

I firmly believe that women will heal this world. But first, we must heal ourselves. This requires showing up, going within and learning more about yourself on a soul level. And, I believe this level of healing is most powerful amongst other women, in witness and celebration of each other!

You are invited to join me along with other brave and curious women as we venture deep into our hearts and explore forgotten aspects of ourselves. Your body is the vessel and your breath is the pathway.

God breathed life into you and your breath is Holy. It is time to remember and embody your divinity , beginning with your divine feminine energy that has been suppressed for millennia. Your breath along with intuitive body movements and a sacred, safe space to explore is the way to heal and unlock generational trauma and allow your Divinity to infuse every part of your life, day, breath.

Through a pattern of connected breath I will guide you through a somatic(the body) experience that helps release stuck emotions and stagnant energy. We will release fear, judgment, and uncertainty while simultaneously connecting to your light, gifts, and divine essence and we will do it together.

God wants you to remember the power of your breath and the connection to your Holy Spirit. We will begin our time together with heart-opening cacao (it’s a cup of hot cocoa in its rawest form). Then we will move into our breath and body movement. 

We hold a lot in and this sacred space is created to hold you as you surrender into the unknown.  You don’t know what you are holding onto but your highest self does, so we let go so we can let in your Holy Breath.
