The Arc Retreat is a Divinely curated experience created to open the portal that allows us to transcend beyond the human plane and into the divine.
The Arc symbol itself, represents a holy, continuous evolution within your own personal and spiritual growth and transformation. It represents a path that leads to greater understanding of oneself and a deeper connection to higher spiritual purpose and meaning along the path of your soul’s evolution.
The Arc also represents the arc-line of a woman, this is a line of energy that stretches from ear to ear and nipple to nipple. This line of energy acts as a halo, a symbol of holiness, where the energies of your chakras come together to create your aura, a point of unification and integration between the spiritual and the physical. So as your halo activates, you are upgrading and moving in alignment with the gifts, abilities, knowings, and insights You came into this lifetime to explore.
Within this retreat experience, we will be working with our energy to unlock the transformative potential for your soul's evolution and alignment. It is imperative to work with your energy systems as well as the divine feminine and masculine energies to create flow and unity within.
Once energy is flowing up through your body and out through your crown, the halo becomes powerfully activated. Therefore, the more energy and radiance you allow to move through you, the more of a powerful and magnetic manifestor you become. This is the real, aligned way of manifesting your heart and soul’s desires.
We will be using our breath to help the body align with the soul so it can achieve flight, radiate and soar.

Why the Rainbow?
Rainbows and chakras are linked symbolically, representing a connection between the earthly and the Divine. Each color of the rainbow corresponds in perfect order with your chakra energies. Thus, creating a metaphorical heart bridge from your human existence(lower chakras) to Divinity itself(upper chakras). Allowing this connection to exist is your soul’s mission in this lifetime. Your heart is the bridge and that is why we start each ceremony with cacao(heart opening plant medicine)
Of course, we all know the biblical story of Noah’s Ark.

Through my own healing journey using Breathwork, energy and sound healing along with intuitive body movement, I have been able to tap into parts of myself that I never knew existed!
After hosting over 10 transformational retreats, I am sure that we are meant to heal together, through each other and in community. The most amazing, powerful women are called to my experiences and the more we are together, the deeper we will journey together.
