Three years ago, God spoke to me as clear as day:
“Large retreat home. Lake Lanier. Third weekend in February, three years in a row.”
I went straight to my computer and typed the words I had just heard.
The very first result that appeared was The Ark: a luxury lakeside retreat home on Lake Lanier, just 45 minutes from Atlanta.
That moment was confirmation.
I didn’t have to question it, I knew this was divine instruction I had received.
And that was the beginning of The Arc Retreat.
This February 2026 marks the third and final year of this divine assignment —
unless, of course, I receive a new message.
The Journey So Far…
Year One: The Arc-You are the Bridge
We explored our energy centers, our aura, and the truth that we are both human and divine.
Our heart is the bridge-The Arc-between heaven and earth.
We healed deeply, remembered our power, and activated our DNA. We reclaimed our voices.
Year Two: Open to Receive
We came together with the intention of reconnecting to our divine feminine energy- our receiving side. Through breath, healing, and sisterhood, we softened, opened, and remembered what it means to truly surrender and be open to receive.
As we healed the feminine within, our sacred masculine found balance too. It was a powerful year of restoring harmony, and learning to trust, receive, and let love move through us again.
Year Three: Heart on Fire❤️🔥
This year is different.
This year feels ALIVE.
This year is the spark you’ve been waiting for.

Looking back over these past couple of years of hosting The Arc Retreat, I can see so clearly how much I’ve grown, how much my gifts have expanded, and how deeply God has continued to work through me.
And just as powerfully…
I’ve watched the women who have stepped into this space evolve right alongside me.
Every year, familiar faces return, new faces arrive, and we witness each other in ways that only these retreats seem to make possible.
I know with absolute certainty that this year will be no different, and that every woman meant to be there will find her way there.

🔥 What We’ll Move Through Together
At this retreat, we’ll come together in a way that naturally weaves breath, sound, prayer, movement, and connection into one continuous experience. Our Holy Breath Method ceremonies will guide you deep into your breath and body, with cacao opening your heart and sound supporting you through every layer of release and remembrance. Each night, we’ll end with our beloved pajama sound bath with Jill- a grounding, soothing, and deeply restorative way to integrate the day. We’ll also gather in prayer, work with the elements, and allow our bodies to lead us through whatever needs to be felt, released and reclaimed. We’ll be surrender into the collective energy of sisterhood whose presence brings support, reflection, clarity, grounding, and intuitive guidance. Everything we do flows together naturally, creating a safe and powerful space for you to soften, open, and reconnect with yourself, with God, and with the fire that is burning inside you.
We will gather at a stunning, luxurious lakefront home on Lake Lanier in Gainesville, GA
Thursday, February 19th (check-in between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM) to Sunday, February 22rd (check-out by 11:00 AM).
The retreat location is approximately 45 minutes to an hour from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Carpooling can be arranged, or Uber is available for transportation. The retreat address is:

The Arc Retreat space is huge with lots of beds and bathrooms to spread out and accomodate up to 30 guests. There are 12 bedrooms and bathrooms plus several cabins on property. If you have any questions, need a payment plan, prefer a private room, or want to share a private room, you can pay the $500 deposit to confirm your spot and I will message you so we can create your plan.
There is a base rate of $2222 as a “put me anywhere” rate. This Retreat is fully all-inclusive so you can settle in and be held from the moment you arrive. Your lodging, nourishing, healthy meals, and every ceremony and experience are included. All you have to do is show up with an open heart.
